Last term, our EYFS children enjoyed an exciting “Heroes” theme, learning about the important people who help our community every day.

We were delighted to welcome doctors, nurses, firefighters, ambulance crew members, and members of the  Royal Navy, who shared their experiences and equipment with the children. The children loved asking questions and learning more about these real-life heroes.

The highlight of the term was the amazing visit from the Royal Navy Wildcat helicopter, which landed on the school premises. It was a truly unforgettable experience for everyone!
